The resort has modern, accessible facilities for all kinds of meetings and events at its fully renovated conference centre, which opened in December 2022. Conferences, seminars, professional training or company events: bring fresh air, sunshine and new energy to your projects and your stay! Working with local partners in the Belleville Valley, we book and arrange resort spaces and facilities around your requirements. Facilities include an arena for receptions, cocktails and evening events for up to 3,000 guests; 12 equipped meeting rooms ranging from 24 to 64 m²; a coworking space; an auditorium with more than 400 seats; catering for 780 guests; a sports centre and fitness rooms; and a swimming and wellness area with spa, sauna and steam room — all 50 m from your accommodation.
YOUR ACCOMMODATION IN VAL THORENS
Stay in a beautifully appointed 45 m² duplex apartment in a private residence in Val Thorens, with 3 bedrooms and a living room opening onto an equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and raclette grill. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms and, if needed, an additional bedroom with bunk beds. For corporate stays and sports training camps, we recommend an apartment for 2 people or 2 couples. The apartments are in the same residence, 50 m from the resort centre and Le Board conference and sports centre, and 100 m from the main junction of the ski slopes. All apartments have Wi-Fi and a terrace, with outstanding mountain views. Refined décor combines modern style with Savoyard heritage, while quality amenities ensure a highly comfortable stay in Val Thorens.
WHAT ABOUT DINING?
During the winter season, approximately 25 November to 10 May, we book some of the best restaurants in Val Thorens for you. Enjoy Savoyard favourites such as raclette and fondue, alongside excellent menus and dishes prepared by renowned chefs. Outside the winter season, when the restaurants are closed, we arrange a private reception room with catering provided by professionals from the Belleville Valley. We organise breakfast in the apartments, lunch at restaurants or farms, and dinners and receptions either at restaurants or in a privately hired venue with catering.
EVENT PLANNING
Since 2010, Val Thorens Cosy has specialised in organising holidays and corporate stays in Val Thorens. We work with companies’ in-house teams and communications agencies to design memorable business stays. We combine work facilities — from 12 meeting rooms to conference facilities with more than 430 seats — with comfortable duplex accommodation in a private residence and concierge services, plus the activities, entertainment, dining and discoveries offered by Val Thorens and the professionals of the Belleville Valley. Based on your brief, including the event’s objectives, guest numbers, dates, requirements and estimated budget, we prepare 1 or 2 detailed programme proposals. We coordinate the agreed programme and provide support and assistance to all your guests throughout the event. Our most frequent stays include seminars, team building, training, conferences, sports camps and competitions.
ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT IN WINTER AND SUMMER
The resort offers a wide range of sports facilities for team challenges. Le Board sports centre has gyms, squash courts, badminton and volleyball courts, table-tennis tables and even a Ninja Warrior course, giving you everything you need for your own team games. Explore by mountain bike, electric scooter or quad bike in summer, by snowmobile, snowshoes or touring skis in winter, or on foot along the many Savoyard trails. Whether you are a company or an events agency, we help create a bespoke team-building programme to suit your budget, group size, season and weather conditions.
AFTER-WORK DRINKS AND EVENINGS
From intimate bars and snowy terraces to nightclub dance floors, Val Thorens offers something for every taste, making each evening in the mountains special. This gem of the French Alps has a lively and varied winter nightlife, with plenty of venues and atmospheres to choose from. For memorable après-ski, the legendary Bar à Mix is an iconic pub where you can enjoy a drink and share stories from the slopes. For a more sophisticated atmosphere, Malaysia Club serves exotic cocktails in stylish surroundings, while 360 Bar offers breathtaking panoramic views from Europe’s highest resort. Do not miss La Folie Douce, an institution in the French Alps, where live music, DJs and dancers create an electric open-air atmosphere. Outside the season, and by advance reservation only, Le Board’s reception spaces can be hired privately for your guests and a bespoke evening, with bar and table service, catering, entertainers, DJs, concerts and shows tailored to your wishes.
