PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A chalet-style studio of 21 m² with a separate bunk area, on the 1st floor of the Silveralp residence, for 2 adults and 2 children.
A terrace with views of Cime Caron, 20 m from the slopes and close to ski schools and shops.
LAYOUT AND AMENITIES
A sleeping area with 2 bunk berths, 90 cm wide, separated from the living room by a door and suitable for children and teenagers. In the living room: a 140 cm sofa bed for 2 guests.
Equipped kitchen, TV, bathroom with a bath and separate toilet. Wi-Fi and heated, ventilated ski locker.
Non-smoking accommodation. Baby equipment available on request at least 7 days before arrival; cot linen is not provided.

Key collection and departure
A welcome guide containing all the practical information you need will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
Our partner agency will welcome you for key collection and request a security deposit of €800.
Check-out: 9 am on Saturdays, 10 am on all other days.

Remember to book a space in P1 (maximum vehicle height: 1.80 m), or P2 if your vehicle is taller.

The apartment had just been renovated and was absolutely spotless! We had no complaints and were lucky enough to be the first guests.
