PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
A 47 m² duplex for 6 guests on the ground floor of the Silveralp residence, 20 m from the slopes and very close to shops.
South-facing terrace with partial mountain and street views.
LAYOUT AND AMENITIES
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds and a landing sleeping area with 2 bunk berths, 90 cm wide, leading to the other 2 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have no window; ceiling height: 1.76–1.83 m.
Living room with TV, equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer and heated, ventilated ski locker.
Non-smoking accommodation. Baby equipment available on request at least 7 days before arrival; cot linen is not provided.

A welcome guide containing all the practical information you need will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
Our partner agency will welcome you for key collection and request a security deposit of €800.
Check-out: 9 am on Saturdays, 10 am on all other days.

The apartment had just been renovated and was absolutely spotless! We had no complaints and were lucky enough to be the first guests.
